Research notes

  1. How the recorded data source of each month changes PropScore's estimated share and GRESB export verdict PROPSCORE

With hypothetical properties whose electricity use is identical, we varied only the number of months not recorded as measured, and recorded how PropScore displays the estimated share and the verdict on its GRESB export screen.

  2. A west-to-east transect of DisasterShield scores along the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line DISASTERSHIELD

We entered the coordinates of the Tozai Line stations inside Tokyo's ward area into DisasterShield and recorded the seismic, flood, landslide and overall scores exactly as displayed.

  3. What Parti's regulation report confirms automatically, and what stays declared or unevaluated PARTI

We entered hypothetical sites into Parti and recorded, as displayed, the zoning lookup result, the status of each regulation report row, the provenance tags of the constraints list and the result of automatic volume generation.

  4. How much UrbanAgents results move when the same run is repeated URBANAGENTS

We repeated identical UrbanAgents simulations and scenario comparisons and recorded how much the average satisfaction and the per-dimension averages change from run to run.

  5. The census values UrbanOracle shows as live data, ward by ward URBANORACLE

For every ward of Tokyo's ward area, we recorded as displayed the places on UrbanOracle's dashboard where census values appear as live data rather than sample data.
