The DXA account

What the DXA account does, how to sign in, and how the account's state changes what you see.

What it does

The DXA account is the account you use to sign in to the DXA Labs products. There are two ways to sign in: with a Google account, or with an email address and a password. Anyone can create an account; there is no review and no invitation.

Who it is for

This section is for people who sign in to and use the DXA Labs products. How to operate each product is explained in that product's documentation.

What it does not do

For an account created with an email address and a password, the dashboard shows no data until the email address is verified. UrbanOracle decides, inside UrbanOracle and for each signed-in account, whether to show data. Pricing, contracts and plans are not covered by this documentation.

Main screens

  • On the sign-in screen (/login), you switch between signing in and creating an account.
  • On the email verification screen (/pending), you resend the verification email and check whether verification is complete.
  • On the password reset screen (/forgot-password), you receive a reset link by email.
