What it does
For an urban scenario such as a new station or a redevelopment, Parallel City predicts the land-value change after the scenario and shows it as points on a 3D city model, one point per location. You either choose one of the five preset scenarios listed on screen, or type a scenario as text in the 「自由入力シナリオ」 panel. At the scenario's location, it shows a reference volume as a 3D box, computed from that location's zoning. The result of a preset scenario can be exported as a PDF report. The 3D city model is Cesium ion's 「Japan 3D Buildings」 (derived from PLATEAU).
Who it is for
It is for people in urban planning or large-scale development who want to examine, on a 3D city model, how a new-station or redevelopment scenario affects nearby land values and building volume.
What it does not do
Clicking the map does not place a scenario location. A scenario location is either a preset scenario's coordinates or coordinates that AI estimates from the text of a free-text scenario; there is no other way. The map has no search box for addresses or place names. Results of several scenarios cannot be shown side by side; running a new scenario replaces the previous result's points and reference volume. The calculation does not change with the kind of scenario: every scenario computes the land-value change as if one new station were built at the location. Shadow regulation is not evaluated. There is no control to switch the interface language.

While you are signed in, the signed-in email address and 「ログアウト」 are shown at the bottom left of the app screen. Clicking 「ログアウト」 returns you to the sign-in screen. Clicking 「別のアカウントでサインイン」 on the email verification screen signs you out and returns you to the sign-in screen.
