Before you start
Steps
- Click 「PDFレポート出力」 below the panel at the top left of the screen. The button changes to 「PDF生成中...」. A PDF file is downloaded.
The file name is parallel-city- followed by the preset scenario's ID and .pdf.
The ID of each preset scenario is listed in Preset scenarios.
How to check
The PDF's title is 「Parallel City - シミュレーションレポート」. 「シナリオ概要」 gives the scenario name, the description, the location's zoning and its source. 「前提条件」 gives the inputs and method of the reference volume calculation, notes on the land-value data, the station data and the prediction model, and 「予測値は参考値であり、不動産取引の助言ではありません。」. 「地価変動予測結果」 is a table of 「地点名」, 「現在地価(円/m2)」, 「予測地価(円/m2)」 and 「変動率」. The table lists every location in the result shown on the map. 「サマリ」 gives the number of locations (and how many of them fall) and the maximum, minimum and average change rates. When the zoning could not be resolved, 「シナリオ概要」 reads 「用途地域: 未解決（地点を含む 国土数値情報 A29 用途地域 のポリゴンが無い — ボリュームは計算していません）」.
If it does not work
「PDFレポート出力」 is shown only after you have chosen a preset scenario at least once, while there are points on the map and no prediction is running. It is not shown if you have run only free-text scenarios. If creating the PDF fails, no message is shown and the button returns to 「PDFレポート出力」. In that case, wait a while and click it again.
Run a preset scenario just before exporting, and make sure the points on the map have been updated.
