Run a preset scenario and export the PDF

Before you start

Steps

1. On the top page (/), click 「アプリを開く」. The sign-in screen (/login) is shown.
2. Sign in on the sign-in screen. The app screen (/app) is shown.
3. In the 「もしもの都市」 panel at the top left of the screen, click 「品川新駅」. 「地価変動を予測中...」 is shown, and the map moves to the location of 「品川新駅」. When the prediction finishes, land-value change points appear on the map, and a reference volume box appears at the scenario's location.
4. Click 「PDFレポート出力」, which appears below the panel. A PDF file is downloaded.

Reading the result

The colour of a point changes with the size of the change: rises go from green to yellow and red, falls go from light blue to blue. Each point's label shows the location's name and its change rate. The panel at the bottom right of the screen shows the legend 「地価変動（シナリオ後 − 現在）」 and a line for the location's zoning (the line starting 「用途地域:」). The PDF contains 「シナリオ概要」, 「前提条件」, 「地価変動予測結果」 and 「サマリ」.
