Each heading is the message exactly as the screen shows it. For sign-in messages, see Sign-in troubleshooting.
「LOADING CITY…」
When it appears
When you open the app screen (/app), while your sign-in state is being checked.
What to do
If it does not change, reload the page.
「3D地図を読み込み中...」
When it appears
On the app screen, while the part that shows the 3D map is loading.
What to do
If it does not change, reload the page.
「用途地域: 未解決（地点を含む A29 ポリゴンが無い — ボリュームは計算しません）」
When it appears
In the panel at the bottom right of the screen, whenever there is no reference volume. It also appears before any scenario is run and while the reference volume is being computed. When the reference volume could not be computed, for example because no zoning polygon contains the scenario's location, the reason is shown below it. When no reason could be received, 「用途地域を解決できませんでした」 is shown.
What to do
If it appears before any scenario has been run, run a scenario. If the location's zoning cannot be found, choose another preset scenario, or name a different location in the text of a free-text scenario.
「ボリューム API エラー (HTTP {status})」
When it appears
When the server returns an error for the reference volume calculation, below 「用途地域: 未解決（地点を含む A29 ポリゴンが無い — ボリュームは計算しません）」. {status} is the HTTP status code.
What to do
Wait a while, then run the scenario again.
「地価変動を予測中...」
When it appears
In the panel at the top left of the screen, while a scenario is being predicted.
What to do
If the prediction for a preset scenario fails, no message is shown and the points on the map are not updated. If the points on the map do not change after this message disappears, wait a while and click the preset scenario button again.
「AIが解析中...」
When it appears
On the button, in place of 「シミュレーション実行」, while a free-text scenario is being analysed.
What to do
If the analysis fails, the browser shows a dialog with a message of the form 「エラー: API error: {status}」.
「エラー: API error: {status}」
When it appears
In a browser dialog, when running a free-text scenario fails. {status} is the HTTP status code. Status code 400 means that the text was empty once tags were removed, or that it matched a pattern of invalid input. Status code 500 means that AI's interpretation of the text or the land-value prediction failed. When the connection itself fails, 「エラー:」 is followed by the browser's own message.
What to do
For 400, rewrite the text and click 「シミュレーション実行」 again. For 500 or a connection failure, wait a while and run it again.
「PDF生成中...」
When it appears
On the button, from when you click 「PDFレポート出力」 until the PDF is ready.
What to do
If creating the PDF fails, no message is shown and the button returns to 「PDFレポート出力」. In that case, wait a while and click 「PDFレポート出力」 again.
