What it does
UrbanOracle shows land price, population, transport, hazard and zoning data for Tokyo's 23 wards on one dashboard (/app).
On the map, it colours each ward and overlays tiles from 「ハザードマップポータルサイト（国土交通省）」.
Some panels show real data and some show sample values, and the screen says which.
Who it is for
It is for real-estate investment research in Tokyo's 23 wards, when you want to compare land price, population and transport with hazard risk on one screen.
What it does not do
It covers Tokyo's 23 wards. The years shown are fixed and cannot be changed on screen. The dashboard's controls are ward selection, the five tabs, the display theme toggle and sign-out; there is no control that exports data to a file. The interface is in Japanese, with no switch to English.

While you are signed in, the signed-in email address and 「サインアウト」 are shown at the top right of the dashboard. Clicking 「サインアウト」 returns you to the sign-in screen. Clicking 「別のアカウントでサインインする」 on the email verification screen signs you out and returns you to the sign-in screen.
