Before you start
Steps
- Click one of the 「地価」, 「人口」, 「災害」, 「交通」 or 「用途地域」 tabs. The tab's content is shown, and the map changes to match the tab.
「地価」
「区別平均地価」 shows the 10 wards with the highest average land price as a bar chart and shows the ratio of the top to the bottom as 「格差」. 「密度 vs 地価」 is a scatter plot of population density against average land price; circle size is population. While no ward is selected, 「区別データテーブル」 for the 12 most populous wards is shown. All land price values on this tab are sample values.
「人口」
While no ward is selected, it shows 「人口推移（東京23区）」, the wards with the largest and smallest change rate, the ward with the highest share of older people, and 「年齢構成」 for the 8 most populous wards. When a ward is selected, it shows that ward's 「人口」, 「密度」, 「成長率」 and 「高齢率」 against the 23-ward average. 「人口推移（東京23区）」 is always sample values.
「災害」
It shows the 「災害種別」 pie chart, the 「用途地域」 composition, and a risk list per ward. In the risk list, each ward's level is shown as a number from 1 to 5 after 「Lv.」 and as five marks. All values on this tab are sample values. Hazard map tiles are laid over the map.
「交通」
Stations are listed in descending order of ridership, with up to three lines shown per station. 「路線別利用規模」 shows the 8 lines with the largest total ridership. 「乗降客数推移」 is the trend for three stations, Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ikebukuro, and is always sample values.
「用途地域」
It shows 「用途地域 面積構成」 and 「容積率・建蔽率」. The values on this tab are not per ward and are all sample values.
How to check
On the 「地価」, 「人口」, 「災害」 and 「交通」 tabs, the legend at the bottom left of the map changes to match the selected tab.
