What it does
PropScore records monthly energy and water data for each property in a real-estate portfolio, calculates emissions, and exports an Excel workbook for reporting to GRESB. Data is entered by importing CSV files and by typing it in on screen. It records how each month's figure was obtained, and when a property-year treats estimates in a way that breaks GRESB's rules, it does not export the workbook.
Who it is for
It is for staff at real-estate management companies that take part in GRESB, who compile per-property energy and water data and emissions for their GRESB reporting.
What it does not do
Data can only be entered by importing CSV files and by typing it in on screen; there is no feature that receives data from other systems. CSV column names must match the fixed names exactly. There is no screen for entering waste or certification data. The files it can export are the Excel workbook for GRESB and the dashboard CSV file; it cannot export a PDF. There is no feature that shows the screens to people who are not signed in through a link. The fiscal year runs from April to the following March and cannot be set to any other period. The electricity emission factor is chosen by working out the region from the prefecture in the address, so properties are assumed to be in Japan.

「ユーザー管理」, 「監査ログ」 and 「設定」 appear in the sidebar only for users whose role is 「管理者」.
The interface is in Japanese and English, switched with the button at the bottom of the sidebar (「EN」 / 「JA」).
The sign-out control is the icon button to the right of your name at the bottom of the sidebar; hovering the pointer over it shows 「ログアウト」.
Clicking this button signs you out and returns you to the sign-in screen (/login).
On a narrow screen, open the sidebar with the button at the top left of the screen.
Clicking 「別のアカウントでログイン」 on the email verification screen also signs you out and returns you to the sign-in screen.
