Preview and export the GRESB workbook

Before you start

Any role can download the workbook.

Steps

Check and preview

1. Click 「GRESBエクスポート」 in the sidebar. The 「GRESBエクスポート」 screen is shown.
2. In the fiscal-year selector at the top right of the screen, choose the year to export. 「全体データ完成度」 and a per-property table with the columns 「物件名」, 「エネルギーデータ」, 「排出量」, 「月数」 and 「完成度」 are shown.
3. In the panel below 「全体データ完成度」, check whether any property-year breaks the GRESB rules. If there is no problem, 「GRESBルール違反は検出されませんでした」 is shown; if some property-years cannot be submitted, 「{件数}件の物件年度はGRESBに提出できません」 is shown with a list of those property-years.
4. Click 「プレビュー」. 「GRESBインジケーター プレビュー」 is shown, with the indicators listed by category in the columns 「コード」, 「指標名」, 「値」, 「単位」 and 「ステータス」.
5. Click 「閉じる」.

Export the workbook

1. Click 「Excelダウンロード」. While the download runs, another display covers the whole screen; when it finishes, a file named gresb_export_<portfolio ID>_<fiscal year>.xlsx is saved.

Record it in the submission history

1. Click 「新規提出」. A row for the selected fiscal year is added to the 「提出履歴」 table with the status 「下書き」.

「新規提出」 records the preview's indicator values at that moment inside PropScore; it does not export a file.

How to check

The saved file has four sheets: Summary, Asset Detail, Like-for-Like and Data Provenance. The download is recorded in 「監査ログ」 with the action 「エクスポート」 and the resource 「GRESB提出」. The 「作成日」 column of 「提出履歴」 shows the date the entry was recorded. In the preview, 「全体データ完成度」 is the share of the listed indicators that have data. The preview's badge reads 「提出可能」 only when the preview's 「全体データ完成度」 is 50% or more and no property-year is blocked. With energy data and calculated emissions alone, the preview's 「全体データ完成度」 stays below 50%, so the badge does not read 「提出可能」.

If it does not work

「Excelダウンロード」 can be clicked only when the screen's 「全体データ完成度」 is 50% or more and no property-year is blocked. When it cannot be clicked, 「データ完成度が50%未満のためエクスポートできません」 is shown, and this message also appears when a property-year is blocked. If some property-years are blocked, fix the data of the listed properties, then run 「排出量計算」 again for that fiscal year on the 「排出量」 screen.
