Manage portfolios and organization settings

Before you start

Steps

Add a portfolio

1. Click 「ポートフォリオ」 in the sidebar. The 「ポートフォリオ管理」 screen is shown.
2. Click 「ポートフォリオ追加」. The 「ポートフォリオ追加」 form opens.
3. Enter the portfolio's name in 「名前」 (required).
4. If needed, enter a note in 「説明」.
5. Choose a month in 「決算月」. 「3月」 is selected at first.
6. Click 「保存」. The form closes and the portfolio is added to the list.

Edit a portfolio

1. Click the pencil icon button at the right end of the row. The 「ポートフォリオ編集」 form opens.
2. Change the details and click 「保存」.

Delete a portfolio

1. Click the trash-can icon button at the right end of the row. The 「削除の確認」 dialog shows 「「{名前}」を削除しますか？この操作は取り消せません。」.
2. Click 「削除」. The portfolio disappears from the list.

Switch the portfolio shown

1. Click the button with the portfolio name at the top of the sidebar. The list of portfolios opens.
2. Click the name of the portfolio to show. Each screen shows the selected portfolio.

When you reload the page, the first portfolio in the list is selected again.

Change the organization details

1. Click 「設定」 in the sidebar. The 「設定」 screen opens on the 「組織情報」 tab.
2. Change 「組織名」, 「決算月」, 「通貨」 and 「タイムゾーン」. 「通貨」 is one of 「JPY」, 「USD」 and 「EUR」, and 「タイムゾーン」 is one of 「Asia/Tokyo」, 「UTC」 and 「America/New_York」.
3. Click 「保存」.

For an account you created yourself, 「組織名」 starts as your email address followed by 's workspace.

Add a carbon target

1. On the 「設定」 screen, click the 「カーボン目標」 tab. The targets of the portfolio selected in the sidebar are listed.
2. Click 「目標追加」. The 「新規目標」 fields are shown.
3. Choose 「対象年度」 and 「基準年」. 「対象年度」 offers five fiscal years, and 「基準年」 offers ten calendar years counting back from this year.
4. Enter values in 「目標排出量 (tCO₂)」, 「GHG原単位 (kgCO₂/m²)」 and 「削減率 (%)」.
5. Click 「作成」. The target is added to the list with the columns 「年度」, 「基準年」, 「目標排出量」, 「GHG原単位」 and 「削減率」.

Delete a carbon target

1. Click the trash-can icon button at the right end of the target's row. The 「削除の確認」 dialog shows 「この目標を削除しますか？」.
2. Click 「削除」. The target disappears from the list.

How to check

The list on 「ポートフォリオ管理」 has the columns 「名前」, 「説明」, 「決算月」 and 「操作」. When you select, on 「ダッシュボード」, a fiscal year whose target has 「目標排出量 (tCO₂)」, the 「概要」 tab shows a 「カーボン目標進捗」 card.

If it does not work

Saving 「組織情報」, creating or deleting a carbon target, and deleting a portfolio show no message on screen when they fail. A target cannot be created for a fiscal year that already has one in the same portfolio, and the 「新規目標」 fields stay open. When saving a portfolio fails, the form shows 「保存に失敗しました」 or an English message from the server (such as 「Requires at least editor role」).
