Import monthly energy data from CSV

Before you start

Steps

1. On the property detail screen, click the 「エネルギーデータ」 tab.
2. Click 「テンプレートDL」. energy_data_template.csv is downloaded.
3. Fill in the template with one row per property per month. The template holds the column-name row and 2 example rows for サンプル物件. Delete the 2 example rows before importing.
4. Click 「CSVインポート」. The 「このファイルのデータ源」 selector and a box for choosing a file are shown.
5. In 「このファイルのデータ源」, choose 「不明 — 申告しない」 or 「すべて実測 — 検針票・請求書に基づく」. This choice is used only for a file without a データ取得方法 column and for rows where that column is blank.
6. Drag the CSV file onto the box, or choose it with 「ファイルを選択」. 「プレビュー（先頭5行）」 shows the file's column-name row and the 5 rows that follow it.
7. Click 「アップロード」. 「{件数}件インポート完了」 is shown, together with the counts of errors, warnings and anomalies if there are any.

What gets imported

When data for the same property and month already exists, it is overwritten with the new file's contents. The file may contain rows for properties other than the one you have open, and each row's property is looked up by the property names registered in the organization. Rows with a value outside its range are not imported and are listed under 「エラー ({件数}件)」. Rows listed under 「警告 ({件数}件)」 and 「異常値 ({件数}件)」 are imported. An anomaly is a row whose electricity, gas or water value rose or fell by more than 50% from the stored value of the previous month. A file with more than 500 data rows is imported in the background, and the screen shows 「{件数}件インポート完了」 with a count of 0. In that case the import result is not shown on screen, so check the imported months in the table after a while. A row whose データ取得方法 value is not recognized is not imported, and 「データ取得方法 '{値}' は認識できません。次のいずれかを指定してください: {値の一覧}」 is shown. {値の一覧} lists 実測, 請求期間按分, 前期実績流用, 床面積按分 and 不明.

How to check

On the 「エネルギーデータ」 tab, choosing the fiscal year that contains the imported months shows their values in the table. The table's 「データ取得方法」 column shows each month's provenance.

If it does not work

A row shown as 「行 {行番号}: Property not found: {物件名}」 names a property that is not registered in the organization. After leading and trailing spaces are removed, the property name in the file must match the registered property name exactly. A file saved in a character encoding other than UTF-8 cannot be imported.
