In Asset Detail, Electricity (kWh), Gas (m3) and Water (m3) are the values scaled to 12 months by the emission calculation.

Export conditions (R1 to R4)
If even one property-year of the portfolio matches one of the following rules, no workbook is exported.

When the previous year has no emission result, R3 is judged on the selected year's months alone.
The matching property-years are shown when the 「GRESBエクスポート」 screen opens, in the list under 「{件数}件の物件年度はGRESBに提出できません」, with the property name, the fiscal year, the 「推計割合 最低」 value, and the method and reason in English.
Each reason starts with one of R1_PROHIBITED_METHOD, R2_CEILING_EXCEEDED, R3_TWO_YEAR_CAP and R4_NO_ESTIMATE.

「この確認で保証されないこと」
Whatever the result of the check, the 「GRESBエクスポート」 screen shows the following four items under 「この確認で保証されないこと」.

The Data Provenance sheet lists the limitations as four items in English.
Preview
「GRESBインジケーター プレビュー」, opened with 「プレビュー」, lists the indicators EN1 to EN5, GH1 to GH6, WT1 to WT5, WS1 to WS5, BC1 and BC2 by the categories Energy, GHG, Water, Waste and Certifications, with English indicator names.
The 「ステータス」 column shows a check mark for an indicator with data and a cross for one without.
In the preview, EN3, GH6, WT3, WT4, WT5 and WS5 are always shown as having no data.
