The import result is shown as 「{件数}件インポート完了」 with the numbers of errors, warnings and anomalies. The first 3 errors are shown, and 「他{件数}件のエラーを表示」 shows the rest.
Property CSV file
Import it from 「CSVインポート」 on 「物件一覧」; the properties are added to the portfolio selected in the sidebar.

Property CSV errors

Energy data CSV file
Import it from 「CSVインポート」 on a property's 「エネルギーデータ」 tab.
Each row goes to the property in the organization whose name matches 物件名, not to the property you have open.
「テンプレートDL」 saves energy_data_template.csv, which holds the names of 10 columns (all except 再エネ発電(kWh), 再エネ購入(kWh), 再利用水(m3) and 雨水(m3)) and 2 example rows.

In the optional number columns, a value that cannot be read as a number is treated as blank. When the same month of the same property is already registered, its values are replaced with the file's values. For a file with more than 500 data rows, 「0件インポート完了」 is shown without waiting for the import to finish, and the import continues outside the screen.
