Import properties from CSV

Applies to: PropScore · Last updated

The column names of the property CSV file, how to import it from the 「物件一覧」 screen, and what happens to rows that cannot be imported.

Before you start

Steps

Write the following column names on the first line of the CSV file.

物件名,住所,用途,構造,延床面積(m2),竣工年,地上階数,地下階数,取得日(YYYY-MM-DD),テナント数,専有面積(m2),共用面積(m2)

The 地下階数, テナント数, 専有面積(m2) and 共用面積(m2) columns can be left out. For the values each column accepts, see CSV file formats.

  1. Click 「物件一覧」 in the sidebar.
  2. Click 「CSVインポート」. A box that reads 「CSVファイルをドラッグ&ドロップ」 is shown.
  3. Drag the CSV file onto the box, or choose it with 「ファイルを選択」. 「プレビュー(先頭5行)」 shows the file's column-name row and the 5 rows that follow it.
  4. Click 「アップロード」. 「{件数}件インポート完了」 is shown and the properties are added to the list.

The imported properties are registered in the portfolio selected in the sidebar.

How to check

The imported properties appear in the 「物件一覧」 table. Rows with errors are listed under 「エラー ({件数}件)」 in the form 「行 {行番号}: {内容}」, and those rows are not registered. The first 3 errors are shown, and clicking 「他{件数}件のエラーを表示」 shows the rest. Row numbers count the column-name row as row 1. Clicking 「別のファイルをアップロード」 lets you choose another file.

If it does not work

If a property with the same 物件名 already exists in the organization, the row is not registered and is not listed as an error either. A row with 住宅 in 用途 is an error. For a residential property, write 住居 or residential in 用途. A file that lacks a required column registers no rows at all, and 「Missing required columns: {列名}」 is shown as an error on row 0. A file saved in a character encoding other than UTF-8 cannot be imported. Dragging a file whose extension is not .csv onto the box shows 「CSVファイルのみアップロード可能です」.
