Overview
A PropScore fiscal year runs from April 1 to March 31 of the following year. 「{年}年度」 on screen means the fiscal year that starts in April of that year. Data completeness is worked out differently on each screen: some measures count months, others count properties or indicators.
Fiscal years you can choose
Fiscal-year selectors are on 「ダッシュボード」, 「排出量」 and 「GRESBエクスポート」, on a property's 「エネルギーデータ」 and 「Scope 3」 tabs, and in 「対象年度」 for carbon targets. Each selector lists 5 fiscal years, counting back from the one named after the current calendar year, which is selected at first. A property's 「排出量」 tab, and 「エネルギーデータ充足度」 on its 「概要」 tab, show only the fiscal year named after the current calendar year.
The fiscal month and the fiscal year
「ポートフォリオ」 and 「設定」 have a 「決算月」 field, but a PropScore fiscal year always runs from April to the following March, whatever 「決算月」 says.
Kinds of data completeness

「データ完成度」 on 「ダッシュボード」 is worked out from the result of 「排出量計算」, so it is 0% for a fiscal year whose emissions have not been calculated. When you import or edit monthly data, 「エネルギーデータ充足度」 and 「完成度」 on 「GRESBエクスポート」 change at once, while 「データ完成度」 on 「ダッシュボード」 changes when you run 「排出量計算」 again. Whether you can click 「Excelダウンロード」 on 「GRESBエクスポート」 depends on 「全体データ完成度」 on the 「GRESBエクスポート」 screen.
Who the year-on-year (Like-for-Like) comparison covers
The year-on-year indicators (EN3, GH6, WT3) compare only properties acquired before April 1 of the previous fiscal year that have data in both the chosen fiscal year and the previous one. The value is the change, as a percentage, of those properties' total from the previous fiscal year. When no property qualifies, or the previous year's total is 0, the card shows 「前年度データ不足のため算出不可」. The card shows the 「前年度」 and 「当年度」 values and 「対象物件: {対象数} / {物件数} 件」.
