Terms
| Label on screen | Meaning |

| 「ポートフォリオ」 | A group of properties. Each screen shows the portfolio selected in the sidebar. |
| 「物件」 | A registered building, with an address, use type, structure, floor area, completion year, number of floors above ground, acquisition date and other details. |
| 「年度」 | The period from April 1 of a year to March 31 of the following year. It is shown as 「{年}年度」. |
| 「データ完成度」 | On 「ダッシュボード」, the share of properties whose emission result for the year has 12 months of data. 「全体データ完成度」 on 「GRESBエクスポート」 is the average of each property's 「完成度」 (the number of months with data divided by 12). |
| 「データ取得方法」 | The record of how each month's values were obtained: one of 「実測」, 「請求期間按分」, 「前期実績流用」, 「床面積按分」 and 「不明」. |
| 「推計理由」 | The reason estimation was needed, recorded for months other than 「実測」. When none is recorded, 「理由の記載なし」 is shown. |
| 「推計割合」 | For each property-year, the share of the 12 months without 「実測」 data. |
| 「推計なし（全月実測）」「入力値が推計」「期間按分（GRESB禁止）」「用途別原単位（GRESB禁止）」 | The estimation method shown under 「推計割合」 on the 「排出量」 screen. |
| 「物件年度」 | One property in one fiscal year. The GRESB rules are checked at this level. |
| 「テナント按分方法」 | The record of how the tenant share was split: one of 「面積按分」, 「実測」 and 「推計」. In the CSV file's 按分方法 column, the value that corresponds to 「実測」 is written 実績. |
| 「オーナー比率」 | The share (%) of a month's use borne by the owner, used to split figures into 「オーナー」 and 「テナント」. It corresponds to the CSV column 所有者負担割合(%). |
| 「原単位」 | A value per m² of floor area. 「エネルギー原単位」 is in kWh/m², 「炭素原単位」 and 「GHG原単位」 in kgCO₂/m², and 「水原単位」 in m³/m². |
| 「Scope 1 排出量」 | Gas use multiplied by the city-gas emission factor. |
| 「Scope 2 排出量（ロケーション基準）」 | Electricity use multiplied by the area's electricity emission factor. |
| 「Scope 2（マーケット基準）」 | The location-based value minus purchased renewable energy multiplied by the same factor. |
| 「Scope 3」 | The value entered on a property's 「Scope 3」 tab. For a fiscal year with nothing entered, it is 15% of Scope 1 plus Scope 2. |
| 「信頼度」 | Shown on a property's 「排出量」 tab: 「高」 for 10 or more months with data, 「中」 for 6 to 9 months, and 「低」 for fewer than 6. |
| 「LfL」 | Like-for-Like: the change compared only over properties that can be compared with the previous fiscal year. |
| EN / GH / WT / WS / BC | The leading letters of the GRESB indicator codes, standing for energy, GHG, water, waste and certification indicators respectively. |
| 「下書き」 | The status of a submission-history entry recorded with 「新規提出」. |
| 「提出可能」 | The preview badge shown when the preview's 「全体データ完成度」 is 50% or more and no property-year is blocked. |
| 「ポートフォリオ同期」 | A value from 0 to 100 shown on the 「概要」 tab of 「ダッシュボード」, calculated from 「炭素原単位」 and 「データ完成度」. |
| 「管理者」「編集者」「閲覧者」 | User roles. 「管理者」 can do every operation, 「編集者」 can register data and run calculations, and 「閲覧者」 can view. |
| 「このファイルのデータ源」 | Chosen when importing an energy data CSV file: the value used for rows without a データ取得方法. Choose 「不明 — 申告しない」 or 「すべて実測 — 検針票・請求書に基づく」. |
