Before you start
Steps
- On the property detail screen, click the 「エネルギーデータ」 tab. A table of 12 rows, from April to the following March, is shown.
- In the fiscal-year selector, choose the fiscal year that contains the months to correct.
- In the row of the month to correct, change the values of 「電気 (kWh)」, 「ガス (m³)」, 「水道 (m³)」, 「地域冷暖房 (GJ)」, 「オーナー比率」 and 「テナント按分方法」. Changed rows change colour.
- Click 「保存」. The table is shown again with the saved values.
How saving works
「保存」 can be clicked only when at least one row has changed values. Rows are saved one at a time starting from April, and if a row fails, the rows after it are not saved. 「テナント按分方法」 is chosen from 「面積按分」, 「実測」 and 「推計」, and records how the whole-building figure was split between owner and tenant. 「テナント按分方法」 is a separate item from 「データ取得方法」, which records how the figure was obtained. The 「データ取得方法」 and 「推計理由」 columns are display-only and cannot be changed in this table. Correcting a value does not change that month's 「データ取得方法」. Renewable generation, renewable purchases, recycled water and rainwater, which the table does not show, are not changed by saving in this table. Cells whose value is 0 are shown blank.
How to check
The percentage next to the fiscal-year selector is the share of the chosen fiscal year's 12 months that have data. Saved values reach the emissions when you run 「排出量計算」 again. Saved changes are recorded in 「監査ログ」 as 「更新」.
If it does not work
「保存に失敗しました。再度お試しください。」 is shown not only when a row for a month with no data is saved, but also when your role is 「閲覧者」. Import data for new months by following Import monthly energy data from CSV. For other messages, see Troubleshooting.
