Invite users and review the audit log (admin)

How an admin invites users to the organization from 「ユーザー管理」, how invited users sign in, and how to filter and review the operation records in 「監査ログ」.

Before you start

Steps

Invite a user

  1. Click 「ユーザー管理」 in the sidebar. The 「ユーザー管理」 screen is shown.
  2. Click 「ユーザー招待」. The 「ユーザー招待」 form opens.
  3. In 「メールアドレス」, enter the invitee's email address (required).
  4. Enter 「氏名」 (required).
  5. In 「初期パスワード」, enter a string of at least 8 characters (required). The value you enter is not used and does not become the invited user's password.
  6. In 「権限」, choose 「管理者」, 「編集者」 or 「閲覧者」. 「閲覧者」 is selected at first.
  7. Click 「招待」. The form closes.

PropScore does not send the invited user an email. The account created by an invitation has no password set.

Review the audit log

  1. Click 「監査ログ」 in the sidebar. The 「監査ログ」 screen shows the number of records (「{件数} 件」) and the records, newest first.
  2. In 「アクション」, choose one of 「すべて」, 「作成」, 「更新」, 「削除」, 「ログイン」 and 「エクスポート」.
  3. In 「リソース種別」, choose one of 「すべて」, 「物件」, 「エネルギー」, 「排出量」, 「廃棄物」, 「認証」, 「GRESB提出」, 「ユーザー」 and 「ポートフォリオ」.
  4. If needed, enter dates in 「開始日」 and 「終了日」. The matching records are shown in the columns 「日時」, 「ユーザー」, 「アクション」, 「リソース」, 「リソースID」 and 「IP」.
  5. When there are more than 25 records, use the arrow buttons below the list to change pages.

CSV imports, Scope 3, portfolios, 「設定」 and user invitations are not recorded. No record with the action 「ログイン」 is ever created.

How to check

The list on 「ユーザー管理」 always shows 「ユーザーがいません」, even when there are users, so you cannot confirm an invited user in the list. After the invitation, a user's role cannot be changed on screen.

If it does not work

If the form shows 「A user with this email already exists in the identity provider」, the email address is already used by a DXA account and cannot be invited. If it shows 「Identity provider unavailable — user was not created」, the user has not been created. Wait a while and invite again. When a user whose role is not 「管理者」 opens the 「ユーザー管理」 screen, 「管理者権限が必要です」 is shown. Users whose role is not 「管理者」 see no audit-log records; 「監査ログがありません」 is shown instead.
