Add, edit or delete a single property

Before you start

Steps

Add a property

1. Click 「物件一覧」 in the sidebar.
2. Click 「物件追加」. The 「物件追加」 form is shown.
3. Fill in the fields marked 「」. The fields marked 「」 are 「物件名」, 「住所」, 「用途」, 「構造」, 「延床面積」, 「築年」, 「地上階数」 and 「取得日」.
4. If needed, fill in 「地下階数」, 「テナント数」, 「専有面積」 and 「共用面積」.
5. Click 「登録」. The form closes and the property is added to the list.

For 「用途」 choose from 「オフィス」, 「商業」, 「住宅」, 「物流」 and 「ホテル」, and for 「構造」 from 「RC」, 「SRC」, 「S」 and 「W」. Enter 0 or more for 「延床面積」, a value from 1900 to 2100 for 「築年」, and 1 or more for 「地上階数」. If 「専有面積」 plus 「共用面積」 is larger than 「延床面積」, 「バリデーションエラー」 is shown and the property is not added.

Edit a property's details

1. In the 「物件一覧」 table, click the property's row. The 「概要」 tab of the property detail screen is shown.
2. Click 「編集」. 「物件情報を編集」 is shown.
3. Enter the fields you want to change.
4. Click 「保存」. The updated details are shown on the 「概要」 tab.

「編集」 is shown only while the 「概要」 tab is open. If something is missing, one of 「物件名を入力してください」, 「住所を入力してください」, 「0以上の値を入力してください」, 「1以上の値を入力してください」 or 「取得日を入力してください」 is shown below the field. The edit form cannot move the property to another portfolio.

Delete a property

1. On the property detail screen, click 「削除」. 「削除の確認」 and 「この物件を削除しますか？この操作は取り消せません。」 are shown.
2. Click 「削除」. You return to the 「物件一覧」 screen.

How to check

Properties you added or edited appear in the 「物件一覧」 table and on the 「概要」 tab of the property detail screen.

If it does not work

If adding fails, the form shows 「登録に失敗しました」 or the content returned by the server. If saving an edit fails, no message is shown and 「物件情報を編集」 stays open. If deleting fails, a browser dialog shows 「削除に失敗しました」. Users whose role is 「閲覧者」 cannot add or edit properties, and users other than 「管理者」 cannot delete them.
