The total gross floor area of those properties (m²).

The share (%) of those properties whose emission result for the selected year has 12 months of data.

Electricity, gas and district heating converted to kWh and summed, divided by the total floor area (kWh/m²).
「炭素原単位」
Scope 1 plus Scope 2, divided by the total floor area (kgCO₂/m²).
「水原単位」
Total water use divided by the total floor area (m³/m²).
「カーボン目標進捗」
When the selected year's carbon target has 「目標排出量 (tCO₂)」, shows the emissions, the target and the share of the target (%).
「データカバレッジ」
For 「エネルギー」, 「GHG」, 「水」 and 「廃棄物」, the share of total floor area held by properties with data, plus 「平均データ月数:」 and 「総合完成度:」.
「エネルギー内訳」
A pie chart comparing the year's totals of electricity (kWh), gas (m³), water (m³) and district heating (GJ) as they are, without converting units.
「月次推移」
A line chart of monthly totals of 「電気 (kWh)」, 「ガス (m³)」 and 「水道 (m³)」.
「用途別排出量」
A bar chart of Scope 1 plus Scope 2 by use type.
「ポートフォリオ同期」
A value from 0 to 100 (%) given by the formula in the next paragraph.
The 「ポートフォリオ同期」 value is 100, minus the 「炭素原単位」 value divided by 150 and multiplied by 40, plus the 「データ完成度」 value multiplied by 0.2; below 0 it becomes 0 and above 100 it becomes 100.
This value is used only in this display and is not included in the 「エクスポート」 CSV file or the GRESB workbook.
When 「前年比較」 is on and the previous year's total emissions are 0 while this year's are not, 「前年データなし」 is shown next to 「総排出量」.
When a chart has no data, 「データなし」 is shown in its place.
The 「エネルギーデータ」, 「排出量」, 「水」, 「廃棄物」 and 「認証カバー率」 tabs show cards with an indicator code and name.

When no property qualifies, or the previous year's total is 0, 「前年度データ不足のため算出不可」 is shown.
The EN3, GH6 and WT3 cards show the 「前年度」 and 「当年度」 values and 「対象物件: {対象数} / {物件数} 件」.
