Before you start
Steps
- Click 「排出量」 in the sidebar.
- Choose a fiscal year in the fiscal-year selector. If that fiscal year already has results, they are shown in the table.
- Click 「排出量計算」. While the calculation runs the button reads 「計算中...」; when it finishes, 「排出量の計算が完了しました。」 is shown and the table changes to the new result.
Reading the table

| 「Scope 1 (tCO₂)」 | Emissions from gas. |
| 「Scope 2 (tCO₂)」 | Emissions from electricity (location-based). |
| 「合計 (tCO₂)」 | The sum of Scope 1 and Scope 2. |
| 「原単位 (kgCO₂/m²)」 | The total divided by the gross floor area. |
| 「推計割合」 | The share produced by estimation, and the estimation method. |
Clicking the heading of any column other than 「推計割合」 sorts it ascending, then descending, then back to the original order. The 「合計」 row at the bottom of the table is the portfolio total, and its intensity is divided by the total gross floor area. Check one property
- On the property detail screen, click the 「排出量」 tab. 「Scope 1 排出量」, 「Scope 2 排出量」, 「Scope 2（マーケット基準）」, 「Scope 3」, 「合計排出量」, 「原単位」, 「信頼度」 and 「データ月数」 are shown.
This tab shows only the result for the fiscal year named after the current calendar year. 「データ月数」 is shown in the form 「{月数}/12ヶ月」. 「合計排出量」 is the sum of Scope 1 and Scope 2 and does not include Scope 3.
How to check
The 「排出量」 table shows one row for each property in the selected portfolio. After the calculation, indicators such as 「総排出量」 on 「ダッシュボード」 for that fiscal year change as well. The calculation is recorded in 「監査ログ」 with 「作成」 as 「アクション」 and 「排出量」 as 「リソース」.
If it does not work
When there is no result, 「排出量データがありません」 and 「「排出量計算」ボタンをクリックして計算を実行してください」 are shown. When a property's 「排出量」 tab shows 「排出量データがありません」 and 「排出量ページから計算を実行してください」, the fiscal year named after the current calendar year has not been calculated. If the calculation request fails, 「排出量の計算に失敗しました。エネルギーデータが登録されているか確認してください。」 is shown. This message is also shown when your role is 「閲覧者」. A property without energy data does not make the calculation fail; it is estimated from per-use-type benchmarks. For other messages, see Troubleshooting.
