PropScore's limits on fiscal years, list sizes, CSV imports, region detection, user management, on-screen messages, and the operations each role can perform.
Fixed to April 1 through March 31 of the following year. Changing 「決算月」 does not change it.
Selectable years
The fiscal-year selectors offer five fiscal years, counting back from this calendar year. The carbon target's 「基準年」 offers ten years.
Properties on 「物件一覧」
Up to 100 properties of the portfolio are loaded and shown. The use-type buttons filter within the loaded properties.
Search on 「物件一覧」
The field reads 「物件名・住所で検索...」, but only property names are searched.
Entries in 「提出履歴」
Up to 50 entries, newest first.
「監査ログ」 display
25 records per page.
Large energy data CSV files
A file with more than 500 data rows is imported outside the screen, and the screen shows 「0件インポート完了」. There is no way to check the result of that import on screen.
CSV file size
PropScore sets no limit on file size or number of rows.
CSV encoding
Only UTF-8 is read.
Region of the electricity emission factor
One of 10 areas in Japan is determined from the prefecture in the address. For an address where it cannot be determined, the default value (0.000441 tCO₂/kWh) is used.
The table on the 「エネルギーデータ」 tab
When you enter values in the row of a month with no data and click 「保存」, 「保存に失敗しました。再度お試しください。」 is shown and that month is not saved. Import months with no data from a CSV file.
Waste and certification data
There is no operation to register them on screen.
The list on 「ユーザー管理」
It always shows 「ユーザーがいません」, and a user's role cannot be changed on screen.
Inviting users
No invitation email is sent, and the account created by an invitation has no password set.
Failure messages
Saving 「組織情報」, creating or deleting a carbon target, saving or deleting on a property's 「Scope 3」 tab, 「新規提出」 and deleting a portfolio show no message on screen when they fail.
Exporting data
There are two ways to export data: 「Excelダウンロード」 on 「GRESBエクスポート」 and 「エクスポート」 on 「ダッシュボード」.

「ユーザー管理」, 「監査ログ」 and 「設定」 appear in the sidebar only for users with the 「管理者」 role.
A user who created their own account becomes the 「管理者」 of a newly created organization.
When you attempt an operation your role does not allow, some operations show an English message such as 「Requires at least editor role」.
