Steps
- In the 「もしもの都市」 panel at the top left of the screen, click a preset scenario button. The five buttons are 「品川新駅」, 「臨海地下鉄新線」, 「渋谷駅周辺再開発」, 「築地市場跡地開発」 and 「神宮外苑再開発」. The button you clicked is highlighted in blue, and the panel shows 「地価変動を予測中...」. The map's viewpoint moves to 3,000 m above the scenario's location over 2 seconds. When the prediction finishes, land-value change points appear on the map, and a reference volume box appears at the scenario's location.
During the prediction, the preset scenario buttons, 「自由入力シナリオ」 and the 「計算条件」 inputs cannot be used.
How to check
The map shows points for the locations whose land value changes, with labels giving each location's name and change rate. The panel at the bottom right of the screen shows a line starting 「用途地域:」 and 「出典: 国土数値情報 A29 用途地域（2019）」. 「PDFレポート出力」 appears below the panel.
If it does not work
If the prediction for a preset scenario fails, no message is shown and the points on the map are not updated. In that case, wait a while and click the button again. For what to do about each line in the panel at the bottom right of the screen, see Troubleshooting.
