How the data is used
The land-value locations and the zoning data cover Tokyo Metropolis, and the station data covers an area around Tokyo. The station data has no ridership field, so ridership is not used. The values of the oblique-line restrictions and the absolute height are not data but constants based on the Building Standards Act. AI is used only to interpret the text of free-text scenarios, not for the land-value prediction or the reference volume calculation.
