Before you start
Steps
- In the input field of 「自由入力シナリオ」 at the top right of the screen, type a scenario as text. The field shows 「例: 渋谷駅の南側に大規模な商業複合施設ができたら？」.
- Click 「シミュレーション実行」. The button changes to 「AIが解析中...」, and the panel at the top left of the screen shows 「地価変動を予測中...」. When the analysis finishes, 「AI解析結果」 is shown and land-value change points appear on the map. When AI has estimated a location, the map moves to it and a reference volume box appears at that location.
AI interprets the text and estimates the scenario's location, the impact radius and the cap on the land-value change. Text beyond 500 characters is not used, and HTML tags are removed.
How to check
「AI解析結果」 shows the lines 「シナリオ:」, 「説明:」, 「エリア:」, 「施設:」 and 「影響半径:」. The value of 「影響半径:」 is in km. At the end of 「AI解析結果」, 「地価は国土数値情報 L01 地価公示（2026年）2,560 地点」 is shown.
If it does not work
If the run fails, the browser shows a dialog with a message of the form 「エラー: API error: {status}」. For what to do about each message, see Troubleshooting.
