Before you start

Steps

1. On the sign-in screen, click 「パスワードをお忘れの方」. The 「パスワードの再設定」 screen is shown.
2. Enter your registered email address in 「メールアドレス」.
3. Click 「再設定リンクを送信」. 「確認メールを送信しました」 is shown.
4. Open the link in the email you received and set a new password.
5. Click 「サインインに戻る」 and sign in with the new password.

How to check

When you sign in with the new password, the dashboard is shown.

If it does not work

An email address that is not registered also leads to the same 「確認メールを送信しました」 screen. The screen shows 「数分経っても届かない場合は、迷惑メールフォルダをご確認ください。」. The only errors this screen shows are 「試行回数が上限に達しました。しばらく時間をおいて再度お試しください」, 「メールアドレスの形式が正しくありません」 and 「ネットワークに接続できませんでした。接続をご確認のうえ再度お試しください」. For what to do about each, see Sign-in troubleshooting.
